Mike Knox graduated from Iowa State University in 1992 with a degree in Engineering.  During college and for the first year after graduation Mike Knox worked with the Southwestern Company.  In 1994 Mike and his wife Raquel decided to move to Austin and start a career with Northwestern Mutual.  

Today Mike and Raquel live in the Lake Pointe community with their three kids (ages 9, 8 and 6).  When not spending time with his kids and their activities, Mike Knox enjoys golfing at Lost Creek Country Club and spending time on Lake Travis with his family.
